As the year comes to a close, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments and celebrate the milestones we've reached. The following highlights embody our team's values and have played a key role in shaping our organisation. We’re excited to see the incredible work our peers will achieve in 2025.
This year has been one for the books at Istoria Group! Here are our proudest moments from the past 12 months, that have truly shaped our collective year:
TEN - LAUNCHING OUR SECOND B IMPACT REPORT
Last year we proudly achieved B Corp accreditation, and this year we celebrated our second B Impact Report.
Highlights include an average of 15% water reduction per person, supporting 16 (out of 17) of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, and collectively contributing 434 hours to pro bono work. We remain committed to innovation and continuously exploring new ways to minimise our environmental footprint.

nine - GROWING WITH OUR CLIENTS
This year, we had the privilege of partnering with 12 new clients around the world. With these new collaborations come fresh relationships and exciting opportunities.

eight - WELCOMING 15 NEW EMPLOYEES
As our clients thrived, so did we! Throughout 2024, we welcomed 15 talented new team members to Istoria Group, spanning roles from design to marketing and beyond. A warm welcome to all 15 of our new colleagues—thank you for choosing Istoria Group as your trusted employer.

seven - INVESTED IN TOGETHERNESS
From happy hours to summer parties, we’ve continued to prioritise creating moments for our team to connect and recharge. This year, we sparked creativity with activities like vegetable car race challenges and cheese & wine tasting. Beyond the fun, we also focused on growth, logging an impressive 138 hours of staff training throughout the year - a milestone we’re truly proud of.
six - CONNECTED LOCALLY
This year, we had the privilege of hosting an open day in collaboration with Babassa and PurpleFish, welcoming students to explore the inner workings of an agency. It was inspiring to meet such innovative and talented individuals. We challenged them with tasks based on real Istoria Group briefs, and they impressed us by pitching their creative solutions back to us. The future looks bright with these brilliant minds preparing to join the workforce.

five - A MOMENT TO GIVE BACK
This year, Istoria Group had the honour of collaborating with Self Agency, a neurodiversity consultancy, to launch their new brand and website through our incubator hub programme.
Beyond this impactful project, our team dedicated 69 days to volunteering in local communities. From beach clean-ups in Weston-Super-Mare to supporting the scouts, our employees found meaningful ways to give back in ways that resonated with them.

Four - SHARING KNOWLEDGE
This year, our CEO, Sam Rowe, participated in two impactful events. At the Cardiff OPEN talk, Sam shared insights on the B Corp journey and how it has positively transformed Istoria Group. The discussion inspired other SMEs to embrace sustainability, showcasing both its business advantages and its broader impact.
Sam also spoke at Purposefest, an event dedicated to living and working with purpose, further emphasising the importance of meaningful, values-driven leadership.
THREE - TRANSITIONING AND TRIBUTES
Phoenix Wharf, interior design agency, have left the Collective Creative Group, following a successful management buy-out. On this new and exciting journey we wish them the best and look forward to seeing where their creative path takes them.
TWO - CREATION FOR GOOD
Istoria Group marked the end of the year by designing a marine conservation game in support of our charity of the year, The Blue Marine Foundation. In addition to raising awareness for this incredible cause, we’ve been proud to raise funds throughout the year to support their important work.
One - CHAMPIONING SUSTAINABILITY
In addition to achieving our Ecovadis Silver rating, placing us in the top 15% of businesses worldwide for sustainability, we’re excited to have reached some remarkable sustainable milestones in 2024.
Through our Ecologi partnership, we’ve also planted over 2,159 trees, helping to create vital habitats for species around the world. Furthermore, we have successfully removed 292 tonnes of CO2 by integrating sustainability into our daily operations.
